Meet the Doctor

Dr. Pen completed his undergraduate education at the Moscow Medical Stomatological Institute in 1987. He graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1992 with a degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery. Since then he has been in private practice and established his Dental Center in 1993. He is an active member of Academy of General Dentistry, holds an Associate Fellowship position within The World Clinical Laser Institute and actively participates in a number of study clubs and local dental societies.

Dr. Pen has taken advanced training in many areas of dentistry especially focusing on dental implant restorations, laser dentistry and esthetic dental procedures and techniques.

Dr. Pen is a perfectionist when it comes to treating his patients. His dedication to apply the best of his knowledge and experience in selecting the right treatment and his ability to create comfortable and friendly atmosphere for his patients has contributed to a well respected dental practice.

Dr. Pen is married with two beautiful children. In his free time he enjoys traveling, music and reading.
